A delegation (Drs Abdul Hafiz CEO, Irfan Rashid President elect, Ghulam Abbas ex President & Shahid Sharif ex Chairman) led by Professor Aamer Sarfraz, President of APPS UK, met His Excellency Mr Tipu Usman, Pakistan High Commissioner, for a productive meeting on matters of mutual interest. Key areas explored included healthcare facilities/training/curriculum development, engagement with PMDC, and collaboration on proposed APPS Hospital & a primary care centre. His Excellency also graciously accepted the invitation to attend the APPS UK Annual Gala Dinner in Manchester on 22 November 2026 as Chief Guest.
